About Me

I’m a proud second-generation Fil-Am Queer Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA #76525; NY 083721-1). I acknowledge and am grateful that I am inhabiting, living and working on Tongva land - for this gift, I offer Land Tax to support rematriation of land to the Tongva Taraxat Paxaavxa (pronounced Tar-a-haht pah-hava) Conservancy. 

As a clinician, I am committed to normalizing and destigmatizing mental health conversation. I received my graduate training at Columbia University School of Social Work and I have been working with individuals and groups for over 16 years to further my commitment by sharing tools and resources typically reserved for the consultation room through individual therapy sessions, consultation, and providing mental health resources.
