Hi, I’m Cynthia Siadat.
I’m so glad you’re here.

I am passionate about helping my clients learn what their sustainable and realistic “self-care” looks like. I do this by helping my clients understand why they may find themselves over-giving and burning out then helping them to create a sustainable, tailored-to-them menu of coping options to suit their various energy levels.

I’ve learned in both my experience as a clinician and human, that the goal in mental health recovery doesn’t mean ridding ourselves of our hard emotions or “to be the best at self-care” or “recover from mental health problems perfectly”; rather the true aim of mental health recovery is being in appreciation of all of our experiences that are both life drawing and life giving because both are part of our life and ultimately is what it means to live fully.
